Madi Diaz has shared a new song called “Same Risk,” the lead single and opening track from her newly announced album, Weird Faith. The track is a stadium pop song artfully disguised as a folk-country tune via unassuming acoustic guitar strumming that blossoms into an echoing arrangement replete with a string section and full-bodied backing vocals. The new track comes with visuals co-directed by Diaz and Elizabeth Olmstead, in which Diaz sits on a rowboat in the middle of a picturesque lake as the sun sets, then goes for a swim fully clothed.
