In an unexpected turn of events, Kanye West and wife Bianca Censori attended the 2025 Grammy awards. But it wasn't just their appearance that was surprising — West hasn't attended a ceremony since 2015 — Censori's dress (or lack thereof) also left jaws agape. Arriving in a long black coat, she later shed it to reveal a barely-there nude dress that left nothing to the imagination.
According to Variety, West did not linger to attend the actual ceremony. After walking the carpet, West and Censori “got in his car and left.”
Earlier in the weekend West made his return to X with a flurry of tweets about Trump being back in office ("Trumps back in office. Ye’s back a billionaire. The world might just be ok"), former Vice President Kamala Harris, ("Kamala seems like a very nice human I just wanna say sorry to her kids"), his thoughts on reading ("Fuck reading and anyone who can do it"), and more. His fans speculated that he might be attending this year's Grammys ceremony when photos surfaced online of him in Los Angeles. During his bout online, he also unfollowed everyone on Instagram except Taylor Swift.
West was nominated for Best Rap Song for "Carnival" from his joint album with Ty Dolla $ign and ¥$, VULTURES 1, though lost to Kendrick Lamar who took home the award with "Not Like Us."
