Men I Trust share new album Equus Asinus

Fans of gentle, glowing indie music are gonna eat this year thanks to the Montreal band Men I Trust. The group announced in February that 2025 would see the release of two brand new full-lengths: Equus Asinus and Equus Callabus. The first, Equus Asinus, is out today.

"Early in the writing and recording process," the band wrote, "we realized we had a collection of songs with distinct energies yet equally meaningful to us. It became clear that we wanted to release them as two separate entities both from the same genus: Equus Asinus and Equus Caballus."

Equus Asinus is Men I Trust's first new full-length since 2021's Untourable Album. The cover art for the new album is shot by the veteran photojournalist Donna Ferrato. In July, the band sets off on a world tour covering North America, the United Kingdom, and Europe. Scroll down to see those dates.
