A24 has shared the first trailer for Marty Supreme, a sports drama directed by Josh Safdie and starring Timothée Chalamet as a professional ping-pong player. Check it out above before its release on Christmas Day 2025.
The film's cast is, overall, a mixed bag. On the one hand, it'll be the feature film debut of Tyler, the Creator (credited here under his birth name Tyler Okonma), who performs alongside Gwyneth Paltrow and Odessa A'zion. However, it will also feature Kevin O'Leary, the Trump-boosting Canadian billionaire who regularly appears on Fox News. Was Jeff Bezos busy? Maybe for their Charli XCX film A24 can get Elon Musk to play a tour manager or something.
Anyway, if you want to willingly look at the face of someone who unironically calls themselves "Mr. Wonderful," watch the Marty Supreme trailer above. Tyler recently completed his Chromakopia world tour and surprise-released his ninth studio album Don't Tap The Glass. The 11th edition of his festival Camp Flog Gnaw takes place in Dodger Stadium this November.
