Ninajirachi taps horsegiirL for “Delete (Remix)”

Everyone’s favorite equestrian gives “Delete” a hardstyle makeover

Australian songwriter/producer Ninajirachi makes being terminally online sound just as anxious and fun as being in the club. Last year, her debut album I Love My Computer deconstructed our hyper-digital lives over delirious instrumentals that sparked and fizzed with glee. Now she's back with a remix of standout "Delete" courtesy of Berlin-based horsegiirL.

"I wrote 'Delete' over some piano chords in 2019 and I could've never guessed it would sound like this in 2026," Ninajirachi said in an emailed statement. Where her original ode to modern mating rituals (thirst trapping) built towards a double-jumping synth break, "Delete (horsegiirL Remix)" is all ground-pound 808s and flashing lights.

It's still a tender song -- "Take a screenshot, I just put that outfit on for you," horsegiirL croons -- but the hardstyle palette swap seems well suited for Ninajirachi's run of international tour dates this year, including sets at Coachella 2026 and Primavera Sound.
