Hurray For The Riff Raff will be releasing a live record, Live Forever out digitally on March 20 and physically May 8 via Nonesuch.

The new project — recorded over two sold-out nights at Chicago's Old Town School of Folk Music — includes the entirety of Hurray For The Riff Raff's seminal 2024 album, The Past Is Still Alive. It also includes marquee cuts from the Alynda Segarra-fronted band's discography.

Today, Segarra is sharing a video of the band performing "Rhododendron" from their 2022 album, LIFE ON EARTH, at the Old Town School of Folk Music. They also are sharing the recording (available to stream now). Live Forever is available to pre-order, here.

"I moved to Chicago in September 2024, the year I released 'The Past Is Still Alive'' and hit the road with a new band," Segarra shared via a press release. "Since then, we've traveled the world together, becoming family, playing the best shows of my life."

The new band is composed of Parker Grogan (electric guitar, vocals), Nnamdi Ogbonnaya (bass, backing vocals), Marcus Drake (drums) and Sen Morimoto (saxophone, keyboards), and the live show and record was produced by HFRR's house/production, Johnny Wilson.

"I wanted to capture this time and this brilliant band, a moment that won't last forever. This record is a love letter to the working class musicians out there, we who slug it out on the road against all odds," they share. "We deserve so much more from an industry built to exploit us. It's a thank you to all the fans supporting live music, you who believe songs made by human beings are a vital life force."
