Offset is in stable condition at the hospital following a Monday night shooting outside the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida.

“We can confirm Offset was shot and is currently at the hospital receiving medical care. He is stable and being closely monitored," a spokesperson for Offset told The FADER Tuesday morning.
The shooting occurred around 7 p.m. in the valet area, per a WPLG Local 10 news report. Seminole Police said they detained two people, while Offset was taken to the hospital and in stable condition.
Last night, media personality DJ Akademiks claimed on-stream that New York rapper Lil Tjay was involved in the shooting, and that the incident was related to gambling debts. Lil Tjay's lawyer Dawn M. Florio swiftly issued a statement on Instagram, saying her client "has not been shot, nor has Lil Tjay been charged with any shooting," and encouraging people not to repeat "baseless rumors."
