It was always obvious she could play, but the fact the last song on Zola Jesus' last EP was straight-up solo piano served as comforting, technical proof that she can exist and be great totally outside the gothic synth moment, if that's what she wants. And for the same reason, it's nice that she revisited the Stridulum EP's "Run Me Out" on the piano for the Part Time Punks' radio show. We're glad that performance is preserved for infinity on Sacred Bones' Todo Muere comp.
