Schoolboy Q, one fourth of LA's Black Hippy conglomerate, apologized last week for working too hard. "I ain't been talking on Twitter cuz I been in my cave writing music," he said, presumably he is wrapping up his new mixtape Habits & Contradictions. Mike Will produced H&C track "My Hatin Joint." His beat is abysmally likable, laced with flutes and falling oboes. Q rides the beat with easy precision, working hard but hardly working. Sounds fun:
