After “Motivation,” their explosive collaboration last year, Kelly Rowland and Lil Wayne reunite for “Ice.” It’s a little bit more slinky than the Rowland’s powerful yearning on “Motivation,” but is as equally steamy. Expect a new album from her before year’s end.
