Bobby Shmurda's still behind bars for his December arrest, but Page Six reports that gun possession charges stemming from an arrest last June have been dropped against the rapper. It sounds like the charge was dropped because the charges leveled against him in December are of similar nature: "In light of the DA's representations, all four counts of the indictment are included in the Manhattan case," Brooklyn Judge William Miller was reported to have said yesterday.
