Birdman and Lil Wayne seem to attract a lot of law suits. In recent months, Birdman allegedly sued Tidal, a ticketing company allegedly sued Young Money over unpaid NBA game tickets for Wayne, and David Banner reportedly sued Wayne over missing production royalties.

Now TMZ is reporting that another one of Wayne’s producers, DVLP—whose biggest credit is probably on Wayne’s “Fireman”—is suing Birdman for withholding around $200,000 in royalties. TMZ claims it obtained a number of text messages Birdman sent to the producer’s legal team in which Baby suggests that payments are imminent, but the money never materialized.

More recently, DVLP has a writing and production credit on Eminem’s “Rap God.”
