D.C.'s own Shy Glizzy is keeping busy ahead of the release of Young Jefe 2, his first project since 2015's For Trappers Only. In the past month, he's shared collaborations with Madeintyo and G Herbo. And today, he's back with the video for another new song off the project, "Rounds."
The song itself is a testament to Glizzy's machismo. All I fuck is Rihanna's and Keke Palmers, he half raps, half sings over the narcotized production, which is laced with a sensual vocal sample that is warped beyond recognition. Likewise, the video is sexy but off-kilter; watch it above.
"It's a good song, that brings good vibes. It's no denying this record once you hear it," Glizzy told The FADER. "You can be at a summer cookout and play it. You can be with a beautiful lady and play it. Or just kicked back with the homies, smoking and chilling. You gonna feel it!"
