DJ and model Snoochie Shy is perhaps best known in London for being the bright and breezy voice of Radar Radio's breakfast slot on Mondays through Wednesdays. She's one of the station's most fearsome selectors — and if you don't believe us, have a spin of her latest mix, which weaves together hip-hop anthems from Thugger, Madeintyo, and Soulja Boy, with the occasional detour into dub wobbles and grime chops (including Murlo's excellent edit of AJ Tracey's "Naila").
"This mix is all about feeling good," Snoochie told The FADER over email. "Having a dance, feeling positive about life! If you're feeling stressed — this one's for you!" Listen below, and keep up with Shy on Radar.
