In the past year, SOB x RBE have established themselves as California's hottest rap group. Since releasing their self-titled debut album last January, the Vallejo group — comprised of Slimmy B, Yhung T.O, DaBoii, and Lul G — hasn't let up, continuing to apply pressure with a steady stream of solo releases.

In the midst of their first-ever nationwide tour, Slimmy B, Yhung T.O, and DaBoii dropped by The FADER office to tell us about growing up in Vallejo, a small Northern California city with a storied rap history.
