Vic Mensa is closing out 2018 with a brand new EP. Hooligans features Ty Dolla $ign, G-Eazy, G Herbo, Charlie Wilson, and Jesse Rutherford of the Neighbourhood. The EP was announced back in November when Mensa dropped the emo-rap single "Dark Things." Check out the eight-track project below via Apple Music and Spotify.

This past year has been a typically open and honest one for Mensa, who spoke out against XXXTentacion, discussed his experiences in Palestine, and talked about the opioid crisis following the death of friend Fredo Santana.
