An assault lawsuit against YG has been dismissed

The rapper still faces three felony charges in the alleged 2018 incident.

YG was arrested last year after a fan named Benjamin Naderi claimed the rapper and his entourage attacked him and stole his jewelry in Las Vegas in May 2018. On Wednesday, a $250,000 lawsuit against the rapper has been dismissed, The Blast reported and The FADER can confirm.

YG still faces three felony charges, including felony robbery, grand larceny, and larceny from a person. Pitchfork reports that YG is set for a jury trial on March 9, 2020. The FADER has reached out to YG's representative for more information.

YG's most recent album 4REAL 4REAL was released in May. This year he toured with Meek Mill and Future on the Legendary Nights tour along with Megan Thee Stallion and Mustard.
