For Toronto-based singer a l l i e, music and sound are "predominant healing elements in [her] life." It's an ethos she carries into her latest project, Tabula Rasa, with her own soothing vocals sitting alongside crystal singing bowls, and deep, immersive production from longtime collaborator The Kount as well as Birthday Boy and Casey MQ. The result of two years of writing and recording, a trip across Europe, and a homecoming trip to Jamaica, the 11-track project tracks like a solo journey through introspection. The project also boasts additional features including River Tiber and Leland Whitty of BADBADNOTGOOD.

Today, the singer also shares the visuals for her latest single, the sultry, Birthday Boy-produced "COOP." Oscillating between a honeyed rasp and breathy falsetto, a l l i e's vocals find a home over the production's subtle pulse. Directed by Toronto-based filmmaker Sara Elgamal, the track's visuals are all about the singer's flowing choreography and braided crown, playing out like a dancefloor fever dream.
