Each week the Brick Squad Monopoly drops enough music to build a small village. With bricks, get it? We rounded up last week in Brick Squad and rated it on a scale of one to five Waka BOWs.
Slim Dunkin and Waka Flocka, "Twin Towers 2 Intro" and Twin Towers 2 (BOW BOW BOW BOW BOW)
The past week has seen a lot of high profile collaborations from the Monopoly. Yet its this less heralded (and weirdly tasteless) effort from Waka and third stringer Slim Dunkin that knocks the hardest. Twin Towers 2 dropped this past Friday night, at 10:17PM.
Gucci Mane and Waka Flocka, Ferrari Boyz (BOW BOW BOW BOW)
Gucci and Waka's long awaited Ferrari Boyz doesn't hit stores until tomorrow but anybody with a computer has already heard it either by legal or less than legal means. On first listen it definitely delivers on its promise to make me want to punch someone, but mostly due to Waka's dominance. It's a little depressing to hear Gucci allow himself to be so blatantly outclassed by his former understudy.
Gucci Mane & Future, Freebricks (BOW BOW BOW)
Both Gucci and "Tony Montana" star Future rap pretty damn well while standing next to each other but display next to zero chemistry in the process.
Loosies and phoned-in Guest Verses:
Game f. Gucci Mane, "Wow" (WOW WOW WOW)
French Montana f. Waka Flocka, "Move That Cane" (BOW BOW BOW)
Slim Dunkin and D-Bo, "Tony Montana Freestyle" (BOW BOW BOW)
Pill f. Gucci Mane, Gorilla Zoe and Starlito, "Gotta Have It" (BOW BOW)
Jay Rock f. Yo Gotti and Waka Flocka, "They Be On It (Remix)" (BOW BOW)
