Björk Is Reissuing Her First Seven Albums In Colored Vinyl

“The vinyl will be colored to the hue that personifies that album character.”

January 31, 2015

Björk season is here. Not only did the Icelandic singer recently surprise-release her latest album, Vulnicura, she'll soon be following it up with a massive archival campaign. Of course, it will be done in a very Björk-like fashion. Each of her first seven albums are set to be reissued on vinyl in a color according to "the hue that personifies that album character," as the imprint One Little Indian Records notes. There will only be 5000 colored copies of all albums and when those run out, the label will reissue them on standard black vinyl. Check out descriptions of "the album characters" below and pre-order the record that speaks most to you, ahead of the March 9 release date.
