Larry Wilmore brought out Mike Yard, James Davis and Jeezy last night to debate President Obama’s treatment of the black community during his time in office. “Has Obama done enough for black people?” Wilmore asked. “And is that his job?”

Of the three guest panelists, Jeezy was the most supportive of the President. “He had to fix the economy, healthcare, things like that before he can just focus on a particular set of people,” the rapper noted. “I don’t think it’s fair to him that just because he’s black he’s just ‘the black President’—he’s everybody’s President in this building.” Later, when the conversation turned towards police brutality, the MC added, “If you really want to keep it 100… Obama can’t fix this shit for us. We gotta fix it as black men.”

But there are still some changes that Jeezy hopes to see. “[President Obama] better go to work,” he said.
