FADER fave trio Wet have been remixed to the nth degree, but there's always room for another if it's a gem. Step forward Vancouver-based producer Cyril Hahn, who has taken “You’re the Best" for a spin. Hahn's version ups the drama by looping a fragment of Wet singer Kelly Zutrau’s eerie vocals—All I know is / When you hold me—against a backdrop of fast and rich beats.
“The mood of the original track was quite warm so I figured it would be interesting to flip it and turn it into something more somber,” Hahn told The FADER. "I had just finished my Begin EP which was quite pop-leaning so I felt like doing something more club-friendly for this remix."
