Chairlift's latest track is a smooth merger of lite-reggae and jangly pop: the verses creep along, full of bounce and space and bass, until Caroline Polacheck springs into a double-time cadence next to chiming guitar. I'm sorry I'm causing a scene on the train, she sings. The reason for her anguish? I'm falling for you. Listen above, and revisit Chairlift's FADER interview.

The FADER originally reported that "Crying In Public" came together with help from Robin Hannibal. According to Chairlift, that is not the case; the song is self-produced.
