Diddy, Eminem, Wiz Khalifa, And Mark Wahlberg Donate Water To Flint Residents

Diddy: “We hope this commitment will inspire others to get involved as well.”

January 25, 2016

Following in the footsteps of Big Sean and Meek Mill's efforts to help natives of Flint, MI—whose water has been poisoned with lead—Diddy, Eminem, Wiz Khalifa, and Mark Wahlberg pledged today to ship one million bottles of water to the city. The H2O comes from a business called AQUAhydrate; according to a press release, both Diddy and Wahlberg are investors in the company and sit on its board.

"The AQUAhydrate team is doing everything it can to help with this issue," Diddy wrote in a statement. "Mark and I made an initial pledge to donate and are committed to the continued aid to Flint residents as long as they need it. We hope this commitment will inspire others to get involved as well."

The first 5,000 bottles of water are expected to arrive in Flint by the middle of the week.
