Lately, Charlie Rose has been interested in understanding electronic music. Last August he interviewed Diplo and Skrillex, and earlier this month, Diplo reappeared on the show to discuss Major Lazer's historic concert in Cuba.
But Rose started a recent segment with a different musical focus: "the resurgence of jazz music is being embraced by millennials and purists alike," he declared. "And Kamasi Washington is at the forefront."
