Carly Rae Jepsen may be firmly in with the forward looking PC Music team, and Danny L Harle in particular, but she hasn't forgotten her '80s pop record E•MO•TION. The 2015 album turned one year old on August 22, and Jepsen has announced that an accompanying album will be released to mark the occasion. “Happy 1 year E•MO•TION!” she tweeted. “Your anniversary present is coming this Friday 8/26.”

Released in August 2015, E•MO•TION saw Jepsen team with producers Rostam Batmanglij, Ariel Rechtshaid, and Dev Hynes. It spawned the singles "I Really Like You" and "Run Away With Me." Further details regarding E•MO•TION: Side B have yet to be announced. The FADER has reached out to Jepsen's rep for more information.
