Taylor's suit claims that on May 22, 2015, The Game "was 'out of control,' drunk, and on drugs" and repeatedly groped Taylor throughout an evening of filming for the TV show. In October 2016, The Game's legal team was barred from raising allegations that Taylor's credibility was compromised due to time spent in a mental institution and as a sex worker. According to TMZ, The Game plans to appeal.

The FADER has reached out to representatives for The Game for comment.
