Gucci Mane is on the cover of the March issue of CR Men's Book. The rapper will appear in the magazine for an interview conducted by Marilyn Manson, and Billboard has shared some excerpts.

The two musicians became friends after the premiere of Spring Breakers in California, when they recorded the song "Fancy Bitch" together. "He’s cool as hell, I fuck with him hard. He ain’t the averagest white boy," Gucci told The FADER.

Gucci discussed his forthcoming memoir, and the circumstances that he wrote it under. "When I was locked up and they put me in the hole, this is what I was doing to keep my sanity. This is how I was protecting myself,” he told Manson.

Now that he's out, Gucci has some very specific ideas for his tour. “I want to look like Liberace, just big diamonds, shining," he said. "But I want the production to be like the [Flaming] Lips. I want the crowd to feel that sweat, like Hendrix."

Not surprisingly, the "Wasted" rapper thinks he'd handle the rock star lifestyle well. “I ain’t gonna lie, I think I could be a hell of a rock star," Gucci mused. "I’m a free spirit, I love having fun, I don’t give a f--k. Even the way I record, the way I perform, I’m unstructured. I just let the wind blow through me.”

In April, Gucci will head out on the 19-date "Trap God" tour. Check out dates below.
