King Krule's new album is called The Ooz, and will drop on October 13 via True Panther Sounds/XL, The New York Times has reported. The announcement confirms speculation on new music prompted by a wave of mysterious posters sent to Krule fans.

The previous Krule album was 2013's acclaimed debut 6 Feet Beneath the Moon. Since then, Krule has released his multimedia project A New Place 2 Drown project under his birth name Archy Marshall, and shared songs under other aliases like The Return of Pimp Shrimp and Edgar The Beatmaker.

In August, Krule shared "Czech One," the first single from The Ooz. He also revealed some unfruitful recording sessions with Frank Ocean had taken place.
