Variety reports that Jordan Feldstein has passed away following a heart attack last night. Feldstein founded Career Artist Management (CAM) in 2005 and has served as Maroon 5's manager since the band formed in the late 1990s. (Adam Levine remains a close childhood friend.) His client roster also includes Miguel and Elle King. Feldstein is the older brother of actors Jonah Hill and Lady Bird star Bernie Feldstein. The family released the following statement in regards to Jordan's death:

"Unfortunately, last night Jordan called 911 for shortness of breath, when paramedics arrived it was determined he went into full cardiac arrest and passed away shortly thereafter. His family asks for privacy during this difficult and unexpected time. In lieu of food and flowers, the family will announce a charity in the coming weeks where memorial donations can be made in Jordan’s name."
