This is the best song about love that came out last night

YEEHAW AND AMEN WERE MEANT TO BE SHOUTED!

This is not a blog about Drake. I've never heard of that man. Apparently he dropped an album last night. Apparently it's too long. Apparently he's been hiding a child. I don't know if any of this is true, because I don't know who that is. This is a blog about Mason Ramsey, who dropped a very good song last night.

Ramsey, FKA Walmart Yodel Boy, released "The Way I See It" last night. Like his debut single "Famous," it is clearly a song written for someone at least nine years older than him. Ramsey sings about sowing your wild oats until you "find yourself a keeper, take her home to mama" and "put a ring on her finger." This boy was born in 2006, but go off, king.

"The Way I See It" is an earnest love song that sounds like sitting on a screen porch with a glass of sweet tea and the humidity at a poppin' 99%. Ramsey also manages to drag the Beatles, which is legendary.

I'm excited for the day when Ramsey gets to sing songs that weren't hot-potatoed around Atlantic Records's country division until they landed in his lap, but until then I will settle for "The Way I See It."
