Lil Peep’s “Cry Alone” will be released tomorrow

A new posthumous single from the rapper is on the way.

Lil Peep's Instagram page has been updated with a trailer for "Cry Alone," a new music video from the late rapper, along with its release date: October 18, 2018. The video is captioned "#COWYS2," shorthand for the rapper's upcoming posthumous album Come Over When You're Sober, Pt. 2. On Tuesday, Peep's Twitter account shared a preview of the music video.

The release date for Come Over When You're Sober, Pt. 2 has not been announced. Peep's longtime producer Smokeasac said it would be released "when it's ready." Since Peep's passing last year from an overdose of fentanyl and Xanax, he has appeared on songs with XXXTentacion, ILoveMakonnen, and Marshmello.
