Sigrid, the Scandi-pop star with an undeniable nous for hooks, is on an imperious run of singles in 2018. Her latest, "Sucker Punch," is another surefire hit and is accompanied by a charming new video you can see above.
The video starts off, like the song, in a low-key manner with Sigrid walking down the street. However, when "Sucker Punch"'s chorus kicks in it is like the lights have been switched on. All of a suden ghosts pop up in the background, Sigrid is dancing on pianos and on top of cars, and running through the aisles of a shop pursued by a live band. If ever there was a visualisation of what a big chorus sounds like, this is it.

Speaking to The FADER about her new video, Sigrid said: “I am so excited for you guys to see the video!! We filmed it in London and I gotta say it was pretty mad. So much fun and a great team!”
