Apparently Offset has been in or around the limelight since he was a child. In a new profile with the New York Times, the Migos member's mother revealed that he was a very prolific child entertainer, and was once a background dancer for Whitney Houston.

"[Offset's] mother reminisced about keeping him out of trouble with team sports and let it slip that, as a child, he danced professionally in videos for Whitney Houston and TLC," the profile states.

A clip from the music video of Houston's "Whatchulookinat" has now surfaced online, showing a young Offset popping, locking, and looking cheekily into the camera as if he was born to be famous.

Offset even gave fans a glimpse into childhood success on Instagram a few weeks ago, posting a photo of him with Whitney at a very young age, rocking a sharp-ass grey suit. "BEEN DOING THIS ENTERTAINMENT GOD MY WITNESS," he wrote in the caption before asking fans to point him out from the crowd of kids in the picture.

Elsewhere in the interview, he spoke on his upcoming debut solo album, his marriage to Cardi B, and almost dying in a horrific car accident earlier this summer. Read the full profile here.
