It's felt like an eternity since Megan Thee Stallion officially declared it a Hot Girl Summer. Still, the summer is far from over, and this Friday, Meg's got a new single to prove it. "Hot Girl Summer" was initially supposed to drop last week, but now we know why it was delayed: Nicki Minaj has hopped on the track for a guest verse. The bound-to-be fiery collaboration arrives just weeks after it was revealed that Megan is trademarking the phrase amid plenty of cringey brand attempts to capitalize on it.
"Hot Girl Summer" will mark the Houston rapper's first solo single since dropping Fever this past spring. Most recently, she guested on Chance the Rapper's new album The Big Day, lending a verse to "Handsome."
