Chris Brown will not face felony battery charges in Florida, Pitchfork reports. The singer was accused of attacking a photographer in a Tampa nightclub in 2017, and was arrested last year in West Palm Beach on an outstanding warrant in that case. However, the State has decided to drop its case, according to court documents seen by Pitchfork.

Earlier this year, Brown was accused of rape by a woman in Paris. He was released without charge pending investigation and sued the woman for defamation.
