Kanye West brings Sunday Service to Dayton, Ohio in support of mass shooting victims

Comedian Dave Chappelle also made an appearance.

Kanye West brought a special edition of Sunday Service to Dayton, Ohio in support of the victims and families affected by the mass shooting that took place back in early August, according to TMZ. Kim Kardashian, who attended the event with children North and Saint, took to Twitter to announce it this morning just hours before it began.

In addition to the usual performances from Kanye West alongside musicians and vocalists, Dave Chappelle also made an appearance and addressed the crowd. "We’re still strong and the only way—the best way, that we can honor our fallen is by getting up better than we were before,” the comedian said. “We will not let those people die in vain.” Chappelle is also set to host a benefit concert and block party in the city on Sunday afternoon.
