Judge Lawrence Flood has denied Valencia Love’s motion.

Today, a Cook County judge ordered R. Kelly to appear at a status hearing on the ongoing case regarding his 10-counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse case. Back in February, when he was arrested and brought to the Cook County Jail after being charged with those same initial 10 counts, lawyer Steve Greenberg announced that the disgraced singer was unable to pay the $100,000 bond (10% of the $1 million bail). Just hours later, a then-anonymous woman promptly posted the bond for him. Now, she wants that money back.

The Chicago Sun-Times' Mitch Dudek reports that the woman, Valencia Love, met Kelly on a boat in Lake Michigan. Her attorney states that Love "had no knowledge of federal investigations in New York or Illinois." Now that he's been indicted, she wants her $100k back — but Judge Lawrence Flood has denied her motion, as he denied the motion to increase Kelly's $1 million bond, stating "it's a moot point."
