Ice Spice has won the Best New Artist award at the 2023 MTV Video Music Awards, happening now at the Prudential Center in New Jersey. Ice Spice beat out GloRilla, Kaliii, Peso Pluma, PinkPantheress, and Reneé Rapp for the award.
