PinkPantheress has announced her debut studio LP, Heaven knows. To celebrate the news, she’s shared the record’s third single, “Capable of love,” which follows the pre-announcement offerings “Boy’s A Liar Pt. 2” (feat. Ice Spice) and “Mosquito.”
On the new song, PinkPantheress sticks to what she does best, starting off slow — this time with dreamy acoustic guitar arpeggios — until the hook, when the breakbeat drops and the listener is teleported directly to the dance floor. “And I think I need a picture ’cause it’s never enough / To see you smiling in my mind when I lie still in the dark / It starts with you,” she sings as the beat hits full stride. “I’m obsessed with the idea that one day he breaks up / ’Cause after that I know I’ll never be as capable of love / After you.”

Heaven knows is due out November 10 via Warner Records. It follows PinkPantheress’ hugely successful debut mixtape, October 2021’s to hell with it, and its January 2022 full-length remix project. Stream “Capable of love” below.
