Tink changes directions again with her latest release: after the hard-hitting “Ratchet Commandments,” she returns to the gentle R&B that characterized her Winter’s Diary 2 mixtape. The beat, produced by C-Sick, features a chirping vocal sample, and this encourages Tink to show off her high, sing-song register—she fills “I Like” with soft billows of melisma. “Are you here to pillow talk?” she wonders. “Or are you here to bounce and pull out when this shit get hard?”
