DJ Khaled’s “I’m The One” Has Gone Platinum

The track, which features Justin Bieber, Chance The Rapper, Quavo, and Lil Wayne, is Khaled’s first chart-topping single.

DJ Khaled's star-studded single "I'm The One" has achieved platinum status. The song of the summer contender features appearances from Quavo, Chance The Rapper, Lil Wayne, and Justin Bieber on the hook. The song debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 100 earlier this month and went Gold soon after.

It's the latest track to be taken from Khaled's upcoming album, which is titled Grateful. The album has no official release date with Khaled promising appearances from Drake, Rihanna, and Beyonce among others.

Announcing the single's platinum status, Khaled wrote on Instagram: “ANOTHER ONE !! I will never stop!! #IMTHEONE PLATINUM!!!!!! #GRATEFUL me and my son will give the world the release date soon ! Very soon!!! @wethebestmusic @epicrecords @rocnation FAN LUV THANK YOU!!”
