A Tribe Called Quest's sixth and final album, We Got It From Here… Thank You 4 Your Service, has debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 albums chart, the site reports. The record, which has sold 135,000 equivalent album units since its release on November 11 (112,000 traditional album sales), is the first No. 1 debut for A Tribe Called Quest since 1996's Beats, Rhymes & Life.
“A lot of the things we put in this album, it’s not for shits and giggles," ATCQ's Jarobi White told the FADER in a recent interview. "It’s not for fucking entertainment.
