Matt Martians Announces The Drum Chord Theory Album, Shares “Diamond In Da Ruff” Single

After announcing work on a solo album in The Internet's cover story for The FADER, Matt Martians has detailed the upcoming project and shared "Diamond In The Ruff," the first single from The Drum Chord Theory.

"So i made a full singing album last summer when i moved back home to Atlanta to clear my head and work in my childhood bedroom/studio," Martians wrote along with the announcement on Twitter. "What started as the next internet album soon took a turn into so really wild shit that turn into this album."

The Drum Chord Theory is due out on January 27. The 12-track album will feature production and guest spots from Tyler, the Creator, Syd, Kari Faux, Steve Lacy and more. Listen to "Diamond In Da Ruff" and find the full tracklist for the album below.
