One of the biggest factors in Skrillex's return to the upper echelons of electronic music has been "Rumble," a collaboration with Fred again.. and grime veteran Flowdan. Today, a week after a last-minute Coachella set with Fred and Four Tet prompted by Frank Ocean's cancellation, Skrillex shares a music video for the track.
Instead of the Coachella site at Indio Valley, Skrillex opts to shoot the video in the kind of venue where "Rumble" first started to take root among clubgoers. The Troxy in London is the scene, and Manu Cossu's video captures a triumphant atmosphere with some portraits of clubgoers and Flowdan rapping at soundcheck. Watch above. "Rumble" appears on Quest For Fire, one of two albums Skrillex has released this year (the other being Don't Get Too Close, surprise-released the following week.)
