Back in FADER #44, we covered Tabi Bonney and Wale at the exact same time. Wale went on to become pretty successful (remember when he did a song with Lady Gaga!), and Tabi pretty much just stuck around DC making videos and occasional low-key EPs where he didn’t really worry about leaving huge swaths of silence over weirdly bouncy, threateningly minimal stoned horns. “Make a Killin,” though, is from his upcoming album, out November 23rd, on iHiphop. It features a verse from Pusha T, who is once again the man of the hour for the fourth separate time in his career.
