** Beyonce appeared with TLC (!!) on American Idol and released two new songs: the ballad "1+1" (her favorite) and the shit-storm "Till the End of Time" (ours).

** Soulja Boy and Lloyd united for essentially "Kiss Me Thru the Phone (Part II)", recast as an ode to independent women of the open road irrepressibly blowing boys kisses.

** Six unreleased Weeknd tracks leaked (then another straight from the man himself), proving both that House of Balloons wasn't a fluke and that dude's getting better.

** Odd Future's R&B killa Frank Ocean released his first music video. The clip, for "Acura Integurl", stars himself (but mostly starring vintage cars).

** Lil Wayne released two new tracks possibly intended for The Carter IV: "Young Money" featuring Gudda Gudda and the divisive not-rap-song "How to Love".

** Kreayshawn, the "Gucci Gucci" girl Snoop Dogg christened “the missing link between the white girls who all love rap music, and all the dudes who rap,” re-released her Kitty x Choppas Mixtape.

** Wisconsin’s sweetheart Bon Iver covered "I Can't Make You Love Me" by Bonnie Raitt on Jimmy Fallon.

** Gucci Mane and Ciara reunited with their spirit-guide Bangladesh for the synth whirlwind that is "Too Hood".
